The balance between humanity, nature and the universe: a topic often addressed, debated, but constantly evolving. 

On September 23 and 24, 2022, it will be possible to delve deeper into some aspects in Castrocaro Terme. 

Friday 23rd, Autumn Equinox, the expert Sergio Berti in the conference “Land of the Sun: a door to the light” will illustrate the apparent motion of the Sun from the perspective of the fortress city with references to Sacred Geometry, Archaeoastronomy, and Gnomonics.

On Saturday 24th, during the guided tour of the Palazzo Pretorio, the participants, through light games, will be able to observe up close the harmony between nature, man and his buildings through the golden ratio, Pi, the Fibonacci series, with a focus on the influence of the position of the Sun, in the sizing of the building's facade.

9.00 pm: “Land of the Sun: a gateway to the light”.

24 September 2022

09.30: visit to the Palazzo Pretorio and observation of the transit of the Sun.

11.00 am: observation of the main facade of the Palazzo Pretorio.
