When the sky is clear, the large rooftop terrace offers an incredible panoramic view over the surrounding park, the Castrocaro Fortress as well as the rolling hills of the Apennines, stretching along the border between the regions Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany.

On the terrace you will have exclusive access to an outdoor lounge, where you can sunbathe or relax in one of the whirlpools; you can choose between a Jacuzzi with thermal water – rich in chloride, bromide and sodium iodide – and one with fresh water.
The opening hours of the Sky Bar are:
- Sunday to Wednesday: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m;
- Thursday, Friday and Saturday: 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Our Long Life Experience has also inspired the relaxed ambience as well as the light, yet delicious menu of the Sky Bar, which features local and antioxidant-rich ingredients.
The atmosphere gets particularly magical at night, when you can fully relax under the starry sky while sipping a glass of wine, a cocktail or a fresh juice and tasting the gourmet dishes prepared by our chef.
