The Grand Hotel Castrocaro - Long Life Formula ®, with scientific rigour thanks to the know-how of GVM Care & Research, a group active in the health sector for over 40 years, to develop standards and procedures aimed at protecting the health and safety of our guests and staff.

In compliance with government and regional regulations, a team of doctors led by Dr. Marco Conti, Health Director at Terme di Castrocaro - Longlife Formula Srl, has developed a protocol with specific measures focusing on the following aspects:

UPON ARRIVAL
- Guests may request luggage sanitation as an additional safety measure.

PROTECTION OF THE HEALTH OF OUR GUESTS AND STAFF
– The use of personal protective equipment is mandatory in all indoor areas.
– Dispensers of alcohol-based hand sanitisers are available all over our facility.
– Cashier protection screens have been installed across all checkouts.

LARGE SPACES
– The interpersonal safety distance is respected in every room.
– The maximum capacity of each room is indicated at the entrance.
– The spacious halls of the Grand Hotel facilitate the safety distancing and the separation between incoming and outgoing flows of people.

SANITISATION OF COMMON AREAS
– All common areas are regularly sanitised and disinfected.
– Our ventilation systems and their filters haven been sanitised.

ROOM CLEANING
– We implement a certified system of protocols for the daily disinfection and sanitisation of all surfaces and information materials in the room.
– An additional disinfection with the use of Ox-virin is available upon request (with an extra charge).

FOOD & BEVERAGES
– At the restaurant, tables are spaced 2 meters apart.
– Germ protective screens are installed during the breakfast buffet; moreover, the food is served by our staff. A new à la carte menu is available for breakfast.

DIGITALISATION
– Our menus are accessible via QR code.
– We invite our guests to use contactless payment methods and to send our the required personal documents by e-mail.

OUTDOOR AREAS
– We have introduced new outdoor activities, such as yoga, to make the most of our rooftop terrace and centuries-old park.

THERMAL POOL
– Access to our thermal pool is granted upon reservation, so as to ensure compliance with the safety distance and monitor the number of guests.
– The safety distance is guaranteed in water as well.

OPENING OF ROOFTOP POOLS
The swimming pools on the rooftop terrace of the Grand Hotel Castrocaro are open and heated, and equipped with sun loungers.
There are four large Jacuzzis available to our guests, two with thermal water and two with fresh water.
