An exciting summer evening in Forlì with The Black Blues Brothers.
The series of events of the Teatro Diego Fabbri Estate 2024 review continues at the Arena Rocca di Caterina in Forlì. Thursday 11 July at 9.15 p.m., the audience will be able to enjoy the incredible musical acrobatic comedy show 'Let's Twist Again' by The Black Blues Brothers, written and directed by Alexander Sunny. After being applauded in major theatres and international festivals, these extraordinary acrobats arrive in Forlì for an unforgettable evening.
Set in a railway station waiting room, the show is about five men in Humphrey Bogart-style trench coats who, while waiting for a train or a person, perform extraordinary stunts to the tune of twist and rock'n'roll. The soundtrack includes such memorable hits as "Twistin' the Night Away", "Blue Moon", "Just a Gigolo" and songs by Elvis Presley, Aretha Franklin, Chubby Checker, Glenn Miller and Keith Emerson. The audience will be enraptured by human pyramids, somersaults and breathtaking numbers performed with tables, chairs and crosswalks.
Tickets are on presale at the daytime ticket office of the Teatro Diego Fabbri (Corso Diaz 38/1) from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. In July, the ticket office will be open only in the morning.
