\u00c0 25 minutes en voiture de Castrocaro, vous pouvez visiter le lieu de naissance du Chef Pellegrino Artusi<\/strong> (1820-1911), auteur du plus c\u00e9l\u00e8bre livre de recettes italiennes : La science dans la cuisine et l'art de bien manger\".<\/strong>mais qui s'enorgueillit \u00e9galement d'un pass\u00e9 riche en histoire.<\/p>

Fond\u00e9e par les Romains au IIe si\u00e8cle avant J.-C. et fr\u00e9quent\u00e9e par les p\u00e8lerins en route vers Rome au Moyen \u00c2ge, Forlimpopoli compte encore plusieurs monuments importants, tels que le Forteresse d'Albornoz<\/strong> plan carr\u00e9 dominant la place principale.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Construite vers la moiti\u00e9 du XIVe si\u00e8cle sur les ruines de l'ancienne cath\u00e9drale \u00e0 la demande du cardinal Albornoz apr\u00e8s avoir ramen\u00e9 Forlimpopoli sous le contr\u00f4le du pape, la Rocca abrite toujours la mairie, mais ce sont ses vo\u00fbtes souterraines qui gardent l'histoire de la ville, abritant les pi\u00e8ces du Mus\u00e9e arch\u00e9ologique \"T.Aldini<\/strong> avec des objets pal\u00e9olithiques, romains (y compris des mosa\u00efques et des amphores), m\u00e9di\u00e9vaux et de la fin du Moyen-\u00c2ge, ainsi que des d\u00e9couvertes provenant des environs.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Il convient \u00e9galement de noter que \u00c9glise des Serviteurs<\/strong> qui se trouve \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la place. Construit au milieu du XVe si\u00e8cle, c'est toutefois au d\u00e9but du XVIIIe si\u00e8cle que l'\u00e9difice a re\u00e7u son aspect actuel : une s\u00e9rie de b\u00e2timents au sommet desquels se dresse la caract\u00e9ristique Donjon du 18e si\u00e8cle<\/strong>qui d\u00e9passe \u00e9galement en hauteur le clocher.<\/p>

Dans le riche int\u00e9rieur d\u00e9corations et mobilier \u00e9l\u00e9gant<\/strong> se d\u00e9tachent six grandes niches avec des autels d\u00e9cor\u00e9s de tableaux de valeur<\/strong>dont un retable de l'Annonciation peint par le peintre de la Renaissance de Forl\u00ec, Marco Palmezzano.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Un exemple de l'architecture du 6\u00e8me si\u00e8cle, cependant, est la Coll\u00e9giale de St Ruffillo<\/strong>qui abrite les reliques du Saint, premier \u00e9v\u00eaque de Forlimpopoli. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 reconstruit au cours du 15e si\u00e8cle et restaur\u00e9 en 1821.<\/p>

SUR LA TABLE<\/p>

Sous la banni\u00e8re de la science en cuisine et de l'art de bien manger, Forlimpopoli a le premier centre de culture gastronomique d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la cuisine familiale italienne : Casa Artusi<\/strong>.<\/p>

N\u00e9 de la r\u00e9novation du complexe monumental de l'\u00e9glise des Servi en l'honneur de Pellegrino Artusi, on peut y d\u00e9guster une cuisine traditionnelle<\/strong> et, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la cours<\/strong> du c\u00e9l\u00e8bre \u00c9cole de cuisine<\/strong>perfectionnant leurs techniques culinaires.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Chaque ann\u00e9e, \u00e0 la fin du mois de juin, Forlimpopoli rend hommage \u00e0 Pellegrino Artusi en organisant la grande f\u00eate de l'art. Festival Artusiana<\/strong>.<\/p>

L'\u00e9v\u00e9nement anime le centre historique pendant toute une semaine, en pr\u00e9parant des menus inspir\u00e9s par le grand \u00e9rudit et gastronome, spectacles, festivals, d\u00e9gustations et r\u00e9unions<\/strong>.<\/p>
