SPA etiquette

BOOKING A TREATMENT
For a dedicated treatment, we recommend booking a free personalized consultation with one of our expert Spa Therapists.

ARRIVAL AT THE SPA
We suggest arriving at the SPA at least 15 minutes before your appointment. Arriving late unfortunately reduces the time available for your treatment.

CANCELLING AN APPOINTMENT
If you are a guest of the Grand Hotel, treatments must be cancelled at least 4 hours in advance. External guests must cancel 24 hours prior to avoid the full charge. Gift vouchers will be voided if the appointment is not cancelled in time.

WHAT TO WEAR
If you have booked access to the Health SPA journey, we will provide a welcome kit with a bathrobe, two towels, and a cap. You should bring your swimsuit and slippers from home or purchase them directly in our shop.

BEFORE THE TREATMENT
We recommend taking a relaxing shower before any body treatment and removing contact lenses.

THE THERAPIST
To fully enjoy your SPA experience, please inform the therapist of any issues that could interfere with the ideal execution of the treatment and the achievement of your goals.

RELAXATION
Please turn off your phones and maintain a moderate voice in the common areas and treatment rooms.
