One 4-course Gourmet Dinner per person (beverages excluded) at Via Roma 2 Restaurant, where our Chef interprets the Long Life Formula® philosophy through a cuisine that combines tradition, scientific research and well-being.

The true stars of the evening are the finest seasonal ingredients. Many of the vegetables and aromatic herbs come directly from our own kitchen garden, cultivated the traditional way, respecting the natural rhythm of the seasons and nature itself. These genuine ingredients inspire the Chef to create dishes that combine creativity, local culinary heritage and the scientific principles of the Long Life Formula® method.
Each dinner follows the nutritional principles developed by Dr. Lucia Magnani: a perfectly balanced combination of fibre, proteins and carbohydrates, designed to promote metabolic balance, satiety and the pleasure of fine dining.

You may choose between:
• Wellness Menu, inspired by the Long Life Formula® method
• "Reflections" Tasting Menu, a gastronomic journey through local flavours, creativity and emotion
• À la carte Menu, with the freedom to compose your own four-course dinner Beverages are not included.

One 3-hour entrance per person to the Health Spa Wellness Path (reservation required), including access to:
• Roman Bath scented with lavender (42°C)
• Turkish Bath with natural salsobromoiodic thermal water (45°C)
• Indoor thermal pool with open-air area (36°C)
• Emotional showers
• Vertical Kneipp path
• Bio Sauna (60°C)
• Finnish Sauna (90°C)
• Ice waterfall
• Cooling pools (25°C–30°C)

In addition:
• Access to the "Magiche Acque" Thermal Pool Experience, including indoor and outdoor thermal pools, vascular path, Hammam and Bio Sauna
