This event celebrates the traditional cuisine of Romagna, especially handmade tagliatelle, an iconic dish of the region. During the festival, visitors can enjoy tagliatelle with a variety of toppings, including ragù, stridoli and pancetta, porcini mushrooms, wild boar and hare. In addition, there will be other delicious dishes and pizza baked in a wood-burning oven.
The event will take place 3 to 4 August 2024from 19:30 in the public gardens of Portico and San Benedetto.
Saturday evening will be enlivened by live music from the group 'The pushovers' at 9.30 p.m., while on Sunday there will be music and dancing with the Romagna orchestra 'W la Romagna', also at 9.30 p.m.
